I build training that actually
changes how people work.

I'm an instructional designer with over 10 years of experience building training programs for enterprise teams in telecom, financial services, retail, and the U.S. Department of Defense. Most of my work is in the corporate L&D space — I help sales teams, customer-facing employees, and operations groups get up to speed on new products, systems, and processes.

I build eLearning, interactive video, scenario-based simulations, job aids, and performance support tools. My day-to-day involves partnering with product managers, SMEs, and business leaders to understand what's actually going wrong, then designing the right solution — whether that's a 5-minute microlearning module or a full blended curriculum.

Recently, I've been integrating AI tools into my design workflow to speed up scripting, storyboarding, and content production — cutting average production time by 20–30%. I've also built AI-powered learning experiences where learners practice real conversations with an AI customer and receive coaching feedback in real time.

I care about making training that changes behavior, not just content that checks a compliance box. If someone finishes my training and goes back to doing their job the same way, I haven't done my job.
